How TapServe works, from QR sticker to closed table
Every step of the platform in one place — for owners deciding, owners setting up, staff working the floor, and guests at the table.
The whole flow
One table, five moments
- Step 1
Guest scans the table QR
The code is locked to one table, so the table number is identified automatically — never typed in.
- Step 2
Guest is identified
An optional first name helps the waiter; otherwise the guest becomes Guest 1, Guest 2, and so on.
- Step 3
Order is built and sent
Variants, add-ons and notes are chosen on the phone, then sent straight to the kitchen.
New - Step 4
Kitchen works the ticket
Staff acknowledge, then mark in progress. The guest's tracker updates live.
In progress - Step 5
Bill closes the table
One tap requests the bill. Marking it done closes the session and resets the QR for the next guest.

What each colour means
The same four states are used everywhere — kitchen dashboard, waiter view and the guest's phone.
Just arrived. Pulses, and the kitchen sound repeats every 10 seconds until someone acknowledges it.
Seen by staff. The alert stops and the guest sees that the order was received.
Being prepared right now. The guest's tracker moves forward automatically.
Served or settled. A completed bill request closes the table and resets its QR for the next guest.
